Korn Ferry and Yoodli Partner to Bring AI-powered Communication Coaching to Organizations Worldwide

Los Angeles, Dec. 20, 2023 – Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced a partnership with Yoodli to provide professionals with private and real-time communication coaching using artificial intelligence (AI).

A global organizational consulting firm, Korn Ferry offers consulting solutions that span the leadership, culture, and talent spectrum, including change management solutions and training. Through its vast intellectual property and Korn Ferry Advance platform, the firm also offers online assessments, enterprise coaching, and other learning and professional development services.

Yoodli, a Seattle-based company, helps individuals improve their communications skills using AI. Users can get in-the-moment coaching during online meetings, or they can practice for an upcoming speech, conversation. or interview with AI. Yoodli will then generate feedback on their content, conciseness and speaking attributes such as their executive presence, reliance on filler words, and pacing.
